From our popular thin-crust pizzas to fresh pastas and wood-fired dishes, we can cater to most dietary preferences, with gluten-free and vegetarian options listed on the menu.
We are proud to serve Portuguese wines produced exclusively on family-owned vinyards: in the Douro (by the Cálems) and in the Alentejo (by the Louros).
These wines reflect our farm-to-table spirit whilst maintaining enough variety for all preferences — some with a classic profile, others from small production or more unusual.
To complement this, we also offer some Italian wines for a more authentic experience, such as Chianti Classico and Pinot Grigio.

The installation of solar panels allows us to operate on 30-50% clean energy.
We use a wide variety of vegetables and herbs from our garden — less than 1km from the restaurant — grown without harmful pesticides or fertilisers.
We turn food waste into compost for use in the garden and have an extensive recycling program that even includes staff uniforms.
The surplus food left over from the team’s meals is distributed among the families in need, in partnership with Refood.
This commitment was recognized in 2024, when we received 1st place in the Sustainability category of the Algarve Business Awards.
